Rob Reiner’s Kids Romy and Jake Reiner Break Silence on Parents’ “Horrific” Deaths

While Romy explained that it would help others pay attention to her “craft,” her filmmaker dad joked, “Look at her crack. Her craft and her crack.”

“Listen here,” he told Romy, “I would say don’t do it. But, you know, my feeling is, it’s your ass.”

Meanwhile, Jake and his father shared a deep love of baseball—a passion passed down from the When Harry Met Sally director’s own dad Carl Reiner.

“My dad was a huge, huge baseball fan. He passed it onto me, and I passed it onto Jake,” Rob told People in 2023. “We would go to at least 25 or 40 games a year.”
