Rangers running out of answers as lack of mental fortitude can no longer be ignored

The Rangers leadership group has done an admirable job articulating themselves through what has been a frustrating season thus far.

After whiffing on an opportunity to atone for their 10-goal catastrophe in Boston, however, J.T. Miller was at a loss for words as the Blueshirts dropped a 4-2 loss to the Kraken Monday night and matched their season-high losing streak of four games.

“I don’t know, I don’t know. I’m sorry,” the Rangers captain said before ending his postgame scrum with reporters.

It’s the middle of January. There are 35 games left in the regular season.
