Holland & Barrett products return to Singapore in tie-up with DFI’s Guardian stores

[SINGAPORE] Almost 60 Holland & Barrett (H&B) products have made it to shelves in 15 Guardian Singapore stores, its website and app this month, as the British health and wellness brand returns to the Republic through a partnership with DFI Retail Group .

The products will be available at over 50 Guardian stores by the end of the month.

The two parties on Wednesday (Jun 3) announced a multi-year partnership which aims to expand access to preventive health and wellness solutions across Asia.

Under the agreement, DFI will be H&B’s distribution partner across several Asian markets. This will start with Singapore – where DFI operates Guardian – and Hong Kong – where it runs Mannings. DFI will also hold rights for distribution across the wider region over the coming years.

This comes after the British health and wellness brand’s exit from Singapore in March 2025. It had shut its 12 outlets in the Republic, after its franchise partner entered into liquidation due to financial liabilities.

Driven by market insights, the partners will sell “science-led wellness products”, including H&B’s vitamins, supplements and “nutritional solutions focused on areas such as immunity, gut health, sleep, beauty-from-within and healthy ageing”, H&B and DFI said in a joint media statement.
