UNILEVER is in talks to separate its food business and combine it with spice maker McCormick, the Wall Street Journal reported on Thursday, citing people familiar with the matter.
An all-stock deal could come within weeks if the talks do not fall apart, the Journal added.
Unilever and McCormick did not immediately respond to Reuters’ requests for comment. REUTERS
