Texas down 20 scholarship players before Citrus Bowl due to transfers, opt outs

With transfers and players opting out to prepare for the NFL Draft, Texas is down from 85 to 65 scholarship players ahead of the Cheez-It Citrus Bowl on Dec. 31, head coach Steve Sarkisian said Friday.
