Stafford named 1st team All-American, two other Longhorns honored




Torrey Stafford, a junior in her first season with the Longhorns after transferring from Pitt, garnered her second consecutive first-team All-America honor after an outstanding season, leading Texas to the Elite Eight. Stafford led the team with 516 kills (sixth-most in program history), 33 service aces and 580.5 points. She hit .360 with 4.69 kills per set and had 52 blocks (11 solo).
