‘SNL’ Promo: Ariana Grande Has Her Own ‘Christmas Story’ Moment As She Bundles Up To Go See The Rockefeller Center Tree

Ariana Grande loves her some Christmas cheer, so when she’s invited to go see the Rockefeller Center tree in a promo for her SNL hosting gig, her enthusiasm extends even to bundling up.

She ends up looking like Randy from A Christmas Story.

Wicked star is, however, left all dressed up with nowhere to go. And she has to pee.

Grande hosts for the third time this Saturday. She first starred as the musical guest in September 2014, was host and musical guest in March 2016, was musical guest in March 2024 and hosted in October 2024.

The Wicked star will be joined on the Christmas show by Cher, making only her second appearance as a musical guest, more than 35 years ago, in 1987. However, the “If I Could Turn Back Time” singer did also perform at SNL50: The Anniversary Special earlier this year.
