A 16-year career has led Brandan Davies to function with one defining expectation. “People come to us when they’re basically having the worst day of their lives. My goal was to win both,” he says.

According to Davies, after winning the case, the client’s license was reinstated, and the decision prompted a change to address a defect. “We found something in the law that allowed us to save his license,” Davies says.
