San Marcos agencies to conduct training at Tanger Outlets Sunday

The City of San Marcos said its police, fire, and EMS departments would conduct a joint “critical incident” training at the Tanger Outlets on Jan. 18 and Jan. 25 from 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
