My Pillow CEO and Minnesota gubernatorial candidate Mike Lindell was served legal paper during a live TV interview.

Lindell, a Trump ally, was doing an interview at the Conservative Political Action Conference when a woman appeared in the frame with an envelope and attempted to hand it to him.

“We’re on TV here, please,” Lindell said repeatedly, as he tried to keep the woman out of the shot. “You’ve been served,” the woman responded, trying to hand Lindell an envelope containing legal documents.

The interviewer becomes intrigued by the exchange and begins asking what the woman is serving Lindell with.

Lindell then says that he’s “not accepting” the envelope but the woman insists. Eventually, Lindell takes the envelope from the woman and tosses it behind him.

Lindell is facing House Speaker Lisa Demuth and businessman Kendall Qualls in the Republican primary. If he wins, he’d likely face Democrat Amy Klobuchar. Klobuchar is a U.S. Senator who is now running for governor and, according to polls, is leading all potential Republicans.

“Independent voters in the race for Governor support Amy Klobuchar against potential Republican opponents, by 27 points against State Rep. Demuth, and 40 points against Mike Lindell,” Spencer Kimball, executive director of Emerson College Polling told The Hill.
