Model Winnie Harlow Engaged to NBA Player Kyle Kuzma: See Her 8.5-Carat Ring – E! Online

While on the plane, Kyle said he read his then-girlfriend a poem he had written and Winnie’s wedding bell alarms started going off. 

“For a split second in my head I thought, ‘This would be so cute if this was an engagement,’” she recalled of the moment in the interview, adding she didn’t want to ruin the potential surprise. “It just was a fleeting thought in my head.”  

The America’s Top Model alum hunch was spot on, as Kyle popped the big question and showed her the ring shortly after he finished the poem. “I never really asked her what type of ring she liked or anything,” he said of the special gift, which has two baguette stones on the side. “I just wanted to draw a picture of what I felt resembled her — something that was elegant, but very timeless and simplistic at the same time.”
