Kim Kardashian Reveals the Names Her Kids Gave Their 4 Dogs

As for Kim, she’s been candid about the challenges she’s faced picking out names before—not for her pets, but, more importantly, for her children.

“North took me, like, a week to name her,” Kim shared in a fan Q&A in 2020. “Not a week, but, like, four or five days. I actually got it from Jay Leno, who made that as a joke. And I was like, ‘No way, I would never name my daughter that.’ Like, I said that on his show. Everyone was coming up to me like, ‘It’s such a cool name. You should really think about it.'”

She credited Pharrell Williams with telling her “all these meanings” behind North, which helped convince her. After all, she added, “They really become the name that you name them.”
