Jennifer Millar Jumps From Paradigm to Brillstein Entertainment Partners, Bringing Longtime Client Sydney Sweeney With Her

After a combined 26 years as an agent and partner at Paradigm Talent Agency and, before that, Abrams Artists Agency, Jennifer Millar is pivoting to management. She’s joined Brillstein Entertainment Partners, we’ve learned, and is bringing one of the industry’s biggest stars, longtime client Sydney Sweeney, with her.

Millar has played a pivotal role in shaping Sweeney’s ascent from breakout performances in Euphoria and The White Lotus, through multiple Emmy nominations and leading roles in studio hits like Anyone But You. She has subsequently helped guide Sweeney into more character-driven territory with HBO’s Reality and Black Bear’s Christy, a drama where she plays former professional boxer Christy Martin, for which she’s garnered critical acclaim.

In recent weeks, rumors have been swirling that Sweeney would be leaving her agency, Paradigm, to either CAA or WME. Not so, we were told in reaching out for comment, though we’ve learned that following Millar’s exit from Paradigm, the agency will only continue to rep the star for brand endorsements and partnership deals.

During her years working to expand Sweeney’s brand into a multifaceted platform, Millar has also helped steer the launch of her production company and secured major fashion and beauty campaigns with the likes of Kérastase, Miu Miu and Giorgio Armani Beauty. Up next for Sweeney on the acting front is The Housemaid, Paul Feig’s adaptation of the Freida McFadden bestseller, which Lionsgate releases December 19.

In addition to Sweeney, the roster of emerging stars coming with Millar to Brillstein includes Chiara Aurelia (John Proctor Is the Villain, Cruel Summer), Jessica Belkin (Elle, Bad Day), Javon “Wanna” Walton (Under the Bridge, The Umbrella Academy), Aryan Simhadri (Percy Jackson and the Olympians), Dominic Goodman (Boots), Galilea La Salvia (Goosebumps), Darby Camp (Big Little Lies, The Christmas Chronicles), Akira Akbar (Bel-Air) and Juliano Krue Valdi (Michael).

In a statement to Deadline, Brillstein’s Jon Liebman praised Millar for her “signature vision, instinct, and career-building expertise,” adding, “Her commitment to supporting artists with care, insight, and a deeply personal approach aligns perfectly with our culture.”

Added Casey Wasserman, whose Wasserman acquired Brillstein in 2023, “We’re excited with Jen’s decision to join Brillstein at a moment of great opportunity.
