Checking in with the ghost of Christmas past? They simply couldn’t let the year end without being spotted together one last time. Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck, who have been engaged to one another twice, married to and divorced from one another once, and in and out of love approximately one zillion times, were just spotted grabbing lunch in Los Angeles, and they reportedly did some last-minute holiday shopping as well.

The pair were joined at the Brentwood Country Mart by Affleck’s son Samuel, according to Page Six, which also reports that they hit up luxe clothiers Sezane and Doen. So this was totally Samuel running a step-parent trap, right?
