Investigation launched into firetruck manufacturers for allegedly driving up prices

Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton has opened an investigation into firetruck manufacturers over alleged anticompetitive practices that his office says have caused “dramatic price increases” for firefighting equipment and threaten public safety, according to a news release.
