G&B Digital Management Signs Lifestyle Creators Mark O’Brien, Eva Amurri, Kellie Brown & Eric Goldie


EXCLUSIVE: Kyle Hjelmeseth’s G&B Digital Management has signed lifestyle creators Eva AmurriKellie Brown, Eric Goldie, and Mark O’Brien for representation.

Each of the four are looking to build their social media personas and personal brands through partnership collaborations and more strategic, long-term roadmaps for their businesses.

O’Brien, known as TikTok’s ‘Brownstone Whisperer,’ has expertise in real estate, construction and business, and more than 469,000 followers on the social platform. He is known for taking old, overlooked things and bringing them back to life, from New York City brownstones to old Ford pickups and Harley Davidsons.

Amurri is the founder of lifestyle blog Happily Eva After, and daughter of Oscar-winning actress Susan Sarandon and Italian film director Franco Amurri. She was a teen actress in films such as Saved!, The Life Before Her Eyes and That’s My Boy, and had recurring roles on New Girl, The Mindy Project, How I Met

She offers her 529,000 social media followers candid and humorous stories and gets nearly 2 million yearly visitors to her lifestyle site HappilyEvaAfter.com, and has more than 14 million video views in total.

Brown is known for her interior design brand Deeply Madly Modern brand and creates content that champions individuality for her 325,000 followers. Her series, Home Decor Homies, blends personal friendships with design through home tours and candid conversations, and is hosted on her Deeply Madly Modern YouTube channel.

Social media real estate agent Goldie has been ranked as the #1 in his profession on social media two years in a row by Property Spark, and has built up 745,000 followers across Instagram and TikTok over 13 years. G&B bills him as having a “signature wit, sharp humor and authentic perspective on modern city life.” He creates content that reflects passions in travel, fashion and fine dining, and has been positioned as a key New York tastemaker.
