Construction of Jurong Island Logistics Hub Phase 2 reaches 3rd, 4th floors: Cosco Shipping
Demolition works for Phase 1 are also under way with minimal disruption to operations
[SINGAPORE] Construction on the second phase of Jurong Island Logistics Hub has continued into March 2026, with structural works for the third and fourth floors under way, said Cosco Shipping International (Singapore) in a bourse filing on Wednesday (Mar 18).
Other works are also ongoing, the mainboard-listed shipping and logistics firm added in its progress update. These include the building of an external driveway, as well as the installation of internal drainage systems, fire protection systems and air-conditioning ducts.
To ensure that construction remains smooth, Cosco Shipping said it is coordinating with the appointed vendors and main contractor. It also noted that demolition works for the first-phase structure of the hub are proceeding with minimal disruption to operations.
The company said it will make further announcements when there are material developments.
Shares of Cosco Shipping ended Wednesday at S$0.117, up by 2.6 per cent or S$0.003.
