All3Media International, Merzigo Team To Boost YouTube & Facebook Reach Of Programs Including ‘Midsomer Murders’ & ‘Peep Show’
EXCLUSIVE: Merzigo and All3Media International are teaming up. Merzigo optimizes the reach and coverage of TV properties across YouTube and Facebook and it will work with several of All3Media’s big-ticket brands as part of the deal.
London, Istanbul and LA-based Merzigo will manage All3Media International FAST channels including the scripted focused service Demand Drama, unscripted channel So Real and lifestyle offering Inside Outside. Specifically, it will work with All3 titles including 10 Years Younger, Obsessive Compulsive Cleaners, The Great British Menu, Shameless, Midsomer Murders, Undercover Boss and Peep Show.
Merzigo was front and center at MIPCOM this year and is working with content owners and distributors that want to better exploit their libraries and IP on digital platforms. The large distributors have teams launching FAST channels and seeding content to digital. Their primary focus, however, is getting funding, production and sales deals over the line, so several are handing off digital optimization duties to the specialists such as Merzigo, which claims 13 billion monthly views across 5,000 digital channels.
