Manager Nick McCabe Joins Anonymous Content

EXCLUSIVE: Manager Nick McCabe has joined Anonymous Content.

He starts in his new role effective immediately and will be based out of the company’s Los Angeles office.

Prior to joining Anonymous Content, McCabe was a manager at The Gotham Group for nearly eight years. He began his career at WME, first as an intern and then as an assistant.

McCabe brings with him a diverse roster of filmmakers and writers, focused on horror, including filmmaking collective Dirty Shot Clean (Vertical’s Found Footage: The Making of the Patterson Project, produced by Radio Silence); writer Julie Lipson (Amazon and Di Novi Pictures upcoming How to Survive in the Woods); filmmaker Stuart Ortiz (Roadside Attractions’ Strange Harvest and the upcoming Grave Encounters reboot); filmmaker Chris Peckover (an upcoming untitled horror film for Walter Hamada’s 18hz); writer Emily Siegel (StudioCanal and Picture Company’s upcoming Endless Night adaptation and Chernin Entertainment’s The One Who Got Away), who remains co-managed by The Gotham Group; and filmmaker Chris Stuckmann (Neon’s Shelby Oaks).

Anonymous Content partner Bard Dorros told Deadline, “We’re excited to welcome Nick to the Anonymous Content team. His thoughtful approach to talent management, deep commitment to building long-term careers, and genuine passion for supporting filmmakers and writers who push the boundaries of genre storytelling align seamlessly with our mission to champion best-in-class creatives.”

Said McCabe: “I’m thrilled to join Anonymous Content at such an exciting time for the company. Their unparalleled support for visionary storytellers makes this the perfect home to build enduring careers and bring my clients’ bold, distinctive projects forward with greater reach, impact, and opportunity.”

McCabe joins Anonymous Content following Darren Walker, who was appointed as President and CEO in January, after serving as President of the Ford Foundation from 2013 to 2025.
