Katherine LaNasa says Noah Wyle told her that her husband Grant Show is “too handsome” to guest star on ‘The Pitt’
Could Katherine LaNasa and Grant Show get to work together on The Pitt?
LaNasa, who stars as Nurse Dana Evans in the hit medical drama, appeared on Friday’s episode of The View, where the ladies of the Hot Topics Table brought up how her 1995 guest spot on Seinfeld may have predicted her marriage to the Melrose Place alum.
LaNasa said she also “grew up in a neighborhood called Melrose Place on Melrose Boulevard in Baton Rouge,” but that wasn’t the only sign seemingly foreshadowing their future relationship.
“I tested on four different shows that Grant got and Grant did, and I didn’t make it. So God was trying to bring us together,” she said. “So that we could drive each other crazy.”
After discussing how LaNasa and Show’s relationship was seemingly written in the stars, Sunny Hostin asked LaNasa if Show would ever be written into The Pitt for a guest spot. However, LaNasa wasn’t so sure, citing series star and EP Noah Wyle‘s thoughts on the matter.
“Noah says he thinks he’s too handsome,” she said amid laughter. “He’s too handsome and he’s too famous.”
Whoopi Goldberg immediately chimed in to “address” Wyle.

“Noah, you know better,” she teased. “Come on. Come on now. Let him come on.”
LaNasa asked who Show “would be on The Pitt, wondering if he would be “believable.”
Sara Haines proposed, “He could be a hot patient that everyone wants to treat.”
Goldberg seemingly echoed this sentiment, noting that she’s “never seen doctors as good-looking” in real life as those on the cast of The Pitt.
“I mean, I look for doctors. I look for them. Y’all are a nice-looking bunch of folks, so that shouldn’t have anything to do with it,” she explained.
The View airs on weekdays at 11/10c on ABC. New episodes of The Pitt stream Thursdays at 9 p.m. ET on HBO Max.
