List of schools shut Thursday as snow storms hit

Several schools are reportedly closed on Thursday across the eastern U.S. as forecasters warn of snow in several states including Ohio, Michigan, Pennsylvania, Indiana, New York, and West Virginia, among others.

Winter weather advisories from the National Weather Service (NWS) have been issued across portions of these states, and are issued by the agency when wintry conditions are “expected to cause a significant inconvenience.”

Indiana
