‘Girls Gotta Eat’ Podcast’s Rayna Greenberg Sets First Solo Comedy Tour
EXCLUSIVE: After years of sold-out live shows with her podcast Girls Gotta Eat, hosted with Ashley Hesseltine, Rayna Greenberg is preparing to embark on her first-ever solo comedy tour.
The tour will kick off January 29 and run through May 14, seeing her hit 20 cities. Tickets went on sale today. Check out her list of dates below.
Greenberg’s act takes audiences through one chaotic, transformative year of her life — from falling in love and experiencing heartbreak to a series of dating misadventures, explicit sex stories, and moments of raw self-examination. She also covers dating apps, matchmakers, dating men vs. women and an unexpected attempt by her ex-fiancé to reinsert himself into her life.
“This hour is extremely personal,” said Greenberg. “It’s embarrassing, ridiculous, and full of wild stories — some raunchy, some not. It’s about dating, heartbreak, questioning marriage and kids, and being brutally honest about all of it.”
Greenberg and Hesseltine’s Girls Gotta Eat has amassed over 150 million downloads since its 2018 launch, consistently ranking among the top comedy and relationship podcasts, and expanding into more than 250 sold-out live shows across the U.S. and internationally. Prior to breaking out in podcasting, Greenberg built a large social media following as a lifestyle and food content creator, sharing photography and stories that showcased her passion for food and culture. She attended Indiana University and then spent a decade working in restaurants and culinary school before turning her creative pursuits into a media career.
In addition to Girls Gotta Eat, Rayna is the co-founder of Vibes Only, a sexual wellness brand created with her podcast partner. Seen on The Today Show, Good Morning America, The View, The Drew Barrymore Show, Tamron Hall and more, she is repped by WME.
