Affidavit: Mom, 2 others arrested after leaving baby in car in 36-degree weather while barhopping on East 6th

Three people were arrested and charged with child abandonment after they left an 11-month-old baby alone in a vehicle in 36-degree weather for several hours while they went out to various bars in downtown Austin, according to an arrest affidavit.
