Is Lily Allen Really Selling Butt Plugs? The Truth About Her Eyebrow-Raising Merch

Lily Allen is actually not talking about a low blow, oh no. 

Although the “F–k You” singer revealed a new line of merch on her store to honor her new breakup album West End Girl that certainly looks like a butt plug, it is not what it seems. 

The item, which is currently up on Lily’s merch website for $33.99, is actually a USB designed to be a nod to a lyric in Lily’s West End Girl track “P—sy Palace,” in which she sings, “Duane Reade back with the handles tied / Sex toys, butt plugs / lube inside.”

In addition to the cheeky nod to the NSFW lyrics, the item’s blue and white polka dot design is reminiscent of the jacket the 40-year-old’s album cover, on which she wears a blue and white polka dotted puffer. 

Naturally, Lily leaned into the eyebrow-raising item, highlighting the new line on her Instagram alongside a peach emoji and a plug emoji, writing in the Dec. 3 post, “Limited merch drop, live now.”
