APD identifies woman in deadly 2-vehicle crash
AUSTIN (KXAN) — The Austin Police Department identified a woman who died in a two-vehicle crash in southeast Austin over the weekend, according to a news release from the agency.
That woman was identified as 22-year-old Fiona J. Adams, according to police.
Around 8 p.m., officers responded to the crash between a pickup truck and a Sedan in the 4100 block of North Interstate 35 service road southbound, according to police.
Police identified Adams as the driver of the Sedan. She was pronounced dead on the scene.
The driver and two passengers in the pickup truck were not injured, remained on the scene and cooperated with investigators, according to police.
This is now being investigated as Austin’s sixth crash of 2025. The crash remained under investigation Tuesday by police.
